In submitting the entry, I/we have read the rules, agreed to them and accept the judges’ decision as final and binding. I/we agree that any information provided has been checked and is accurate.

The awards scheme is administered by the APA, which appoints a selection committee composed of senior people involved in customer publishing to make a preliminary assessment of the entries and to draw up a shortlist. The list is submitted to a panel of independent judges (with expertise within the design and creative industries) who may, if they wish, review all the entries and revise the shortlist. The judges’ decision is final. They have the right to determine the standards of an award and to withhold an award in any category if, in their view, the entries are not of sufficient merit. They may also reallocate an entry to a different category.

Failure to complete all stages of the payment process may invalidate your entry.APA is an affiliate of the Periodical Publishers Association, registered in England. Our company number is 132310 and VAT registration number is 341 1391 90. Under UK Excise Regulations delegates from all countries are required to pay VAT (17.5%) on all events taking place within the UK. VAT receipted invoices will be issued.

The deadline for entering the APA Creative Awards is Friday 9 May 2008.
